I don't understand it, clueless management. Froze my butt off. The seats are also small, older, and very close together. The sound system, loud, very loud. I appreciate the cafe lounge area opposite the ticket counters. A great place to meet and have a cuppa before the movie. Also, because of the fact that Emporium is dwarfed, literally, by Paragon and Central, it is sometimes easier to get a decent last minute seat here. And the comfort factor here is on par with the rest of the best.
