Dance floor is closed on Monday. Took a date there who wanted to dance and found out too late no dancing on Mondays. Instead when upstairs to some 'chill-out' area. Couches and some DJ playing new-age jazz or some such shit. Had one beer and left. Q Bar often brings in headliner DJ's, but more often than not the music is not to my tastes (prefer house to hip-hop) On my most recent visit here I believe a bottle of their most reasonably priced vodka was 2700 baht. Not cheap. Entry can otherwise be gained for 600 baht which includes two drink tickets. However now with competition from Bed and Twisted on the same Soi q bar has less appeal than it used to. It is a good club but the reliance on hip hop, the attitude and the prices can sometimes be a turn off.
