Went there with a few friends on a Saturday night - beautiful design, if a little small. Great view overlooking Soi 2. Surprisingly quiet, even at 2am but as mentioned below it’s early days. Interesting toilet design - you have to investigate - a hit with the girls.

I thought it was a little pricey but the music is outstanding - great DJ’s.

It is early days since it is a new club but this could be a regular stop in the Patpong area. Great design, quality drinks and great music. Place is a little small but generally has a great vibe. Not the cheapest drinks but an easier night out of clubbing than possibly putting up with the zoo at q or bed.

Seem to have a lot of promotions and guest DJs.

Happened to by walking by last night and realized I had not checked this place out. Was with a girl who wanted Thai food so figured now was the chance. The place was a ghost town but it was sunday night and a lot of things are slow right now. Their location is not well known either. The menu is pretty extensive but we stuck to the Thai and Isaan food. They have the standard fair but a few things you don't normally see - especially when it come to the Isaan food. We sat on the small patio and enjoyed a few dishes and the nice weather. Everything was tasty, reasonable portions and we ate very well with soft drinks for around 300 baht. Most likely since I live close I will be back.

Not cheap but if you have some out of towners looking for some authentic thai food in a nice setting this is the place. All the dishes are quite good and the service is dished out by the normal too many service staff. I don't go there myself because I think it is a little pricey for what you get but they have a very wide assortment of dishes and everything is tasty. They all serve it in the old style so it is fun. So if you have friends who don't live here asking for some "real Thai food" - this place should make them happy.

Happened to be in the area and was looking for something to eat other than Thai food. When you live in Thailand sometimes it is nice just to eat something else. I noticed this place advertised Malaysian food so I thought I would give it a try. Nice setting, clean and great service. Not cheap but the portions were good and the food was very tasty. I had beef rendang and thought it was spot on. The roties were great as well. Had 2 of them. If you are looking for a change of pace not a bad option.

This place has a great outdoor area that I love chilling in with my toasted bagel and coffee. I only wish they had more breakfast options - a little creativity with the bagel and fixings would go a long ways. What gives with none of the bagel places in Thailand not having peanut butter and jelly as an option? Anyway. This place works when I need a chill breakfast, coffee and a place to read the paper.

I love foot massage. Oil massage is cool and so is a good Thai massage but I LOVE foot massage. Can read the paper, take a snooze but getting a good foot massage with the happy ending - that would be the head and shoulder massage is one of my favorite things to do in Bkk. So granted then I am always looking for the best one at the best price. This place has to be it! 100 baht foot massage. They could use better chairs but that is being picky. Great value and great service. Tough to beat.

Trying to find authentic American food in Bangkok isn't always easy but there's one place where you can count on it and that's at Roadhouse Barbecue, located on the corner of Surawong and Rama IV Roads. This three-story restaurant/bar is home to barbecue dishes as well as a large selection of American favorites from burgers and steaks to soups and sandwiches. But the real stars of the menu here are the barbecued specialties starting with ribs smoked with mesquite wood – imported from the U.S. – and including chicken smoked with hickory wood, pork for pulled pork sandwiches and even salmon smoked with apple wood. You can get a half or full rack of ribs or a chicken and ribs combo dish, all of which are served with potatoes and cole slaw made from an old North Carolina recipe. And although the barbecue gets the most attention, they actually serve more burgers here than anything else. You can get yours with three different kinds of cheese as well as toppings like Grilled onions, smoked bacon, sautéed mushrooms and grilled peppers. Another big favorite is the Buffalo Wings which are on special every Monday night when you can get 20 wings for the price of 10 (170 baht). As for more American food, the menu also contains sandwiches such as a Philly cheese steak, a "Texas-style" beef brisket sandwich, a chipotle pulled pork sandwich, a three-cheese grilled cheese and tomato, a BLT with apple-smoked bacon, a fish sandwich, a grilled sausage sandwich with pepper and onions. Well, you get the idea. They cover a lot of bases here. They're also very proud of their chili and they should be since it won an award in a stateside competition a while back sanctioned by the Chili Appreciation Society International. In addition to the chili pot here there are also a number of soup pots simmering all the time and they’re full of roasted red Pepper and tomato soup, black bean soup and a real New England seafood chowder. There are a lot of other menu items here including steaks, seafood, some pastas and even a great grilled pork chop. It's not all about food here, though. First, there's Thailand’s largest selection of draft beers which also happen to be the coldest in Bangkok according to a magazine poll last year. Next, there's live entertainment almost every night downstairs after the dinner hour. On the second floor is another dining room that can be used for private functions or parties. And finally, on the third floor is Roadhouse’s version of a sports bar with plenty of TV screens and lots of games to play including foosball, video golf and soccer and pool on an authentic Brunswick championship table.

I've been here 2 or 3 times in the past and everytime I've left 'all rocked up'. The bands that play here really do kick it heavy and loud. One thing I've found strange is that whenever I've been here the place has been virtually empty which is a pity as it is a must for Bangkok's rock dudes.

Whenever I'm in the Khao San area, (which isn't too often unfortunately), I'll always pop in for a bite to eat at 'Oh My Cod'. I'm convinced that this place serves up the best British food in Bangkok. There's a large menu to choose from and all dishes are very reasonably priced. The homemade chips are to die for and I always leave here stuffed. Highly recommended if you're missing home.

The restaurant itself has a very authentic Italian 'Home cooking' feel to it, only spoiled for us by the Boyzone CD being played. The menu at first appeared limited until we were told that If there was anything we wanted that was not on the menu, then we could just ask. After further questioning we were given the 'Chef's menu' which listed all the dishes available, It seemed a strange way of doing things but I think the idea is to push the set menu. We all agreed that the food was very good, although the portions, pizza aside, were not huge. My partner had the pizza which was great if If I returned here anytime in the future then that's what I would order. The sevice was fine and the staff were very welcoming.

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere and ambiance is great. It's not cheap, but a great spot for a couple of drinks after a meal or before hitting one of the nearby clubs. A top place to take a date if you're wanting to score points as any 'first timer' here will be suitably impressed.
