I walk by this place everyday and keep wanting to try it for breakfast. finally I did today.
If you want something resembling a NY or Paris style cafe or brassiere - this is it. Sure it is the bottom of a hotel and at the end of Suk soi 23 but it works.
It is not cheap though and the portions are decent but not big. Quality is high though and they have some items you don't normally see in Bangkok.
I shared the Corned beef hash with poached eggs, some french toast and a couple of coffees. All tasty, all neatly presented but the service was slightly lacking - maybe just like Paris?
There was plenty of staff around but they seemed to forget to check up on us.
Apart from that and the included service charge I can't really give it a 5 but for sure I may be back for happy hour or dinner sometime.

Eaten here a few times when I am in the area. The food is not amazing but the crepes are tasty and the coffee is good. I think they only use beans from northern Thailand - which makes pretty good coffee.
They have sweet crepes and lunch type crepes. All pretty tasty. I usually bring a paper, have a crepe and an iced coffee. If you plan on hanging bring your own reading material since they only have Thai newspapers and magazines.
