I love the views, coffee was great and I like the free wifi. Nice quiet place to work away from the office.

Stopped in here today to check it out. For reference to find this place go to the movie theatre in Emporium. the TCDC is the same floor and Kiosk is in the back. http://www.tcdc.or.th/ The setting is quite cool with high ceilings, big windows looking at the park, tables, a counter bar and bean bags. The WIFI is free I think but I did not check. The menu is small with NY deli food, some sandwiches, pastries, coffees and desserts. The coffee was great. The food was mixed. We ordered 2 things. The breakfast sandwich was great but the ham could be better. Just a small nit though. The bread was awesome and it was big portion. THe eggs benedict was not good at all. The bread was not toasted, the water was not drained off from the poached eggs and the sauce was not very tasty and a small portion. This item needs some help. All in all though I will be back since the setting is cool and I could imagine hanging out and working with some coffee and a snack. The views are awesome and the environment conducive to working.

great service and good food for either breakfast or stopping by for a coffee and a pastry. The outside seating is a gem with comfortable seats and shade from the plants. We both tried the frittata which was tasty. Next time I'll give the eggs benedict a go. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. They also do nice fresh juices and shakes

This attractively laid out cafe is definitely focused on some mouth watering desserts although is also an option for breakfast with a handful of menu items like french toast, ham & cheese toasted sandwiches where they infused maple syrup or honey into the bread. The fried egg and bacon toast box is quite interesting.

Too noisy for my liking.

This place has a great outdoor area that I love chilling in with my toasted bagel and coffee. I only wish they had more breakfast options - a little creativity with the bagel and fixings would go a long ways. What gives with none of the bagel places in Thailand not having peanut butter and jelly as an option? Anyway. This place works when I need a chill breakfast, coffee and a place to read the paper.

I love stopping in here on my way to work to pick up the breakfast bagel sandwich deal. It only took a few visits before the staff started to recognize me and greet me by name. The location is super convenient when traveling on the BTS or the MRT. The seating up front next to the sidewalk is a great place to watch the morning rush of Silom office workers heading to work between 8 and 9 AM. Otherwise they've got some great lounge chairs in the back if you just want to kick back and read the paper.

Probably my favorite place to go and lounge with a cup of coffee in all of Bangkok. Location, location, location. And it doesn't get much better than this. The J-Avenue center is smack dab in the middle of Thong Lo which is one of my favorite neighborhoods in all of BKK. I've spent countless hours relaxing here and engaging in some of the best people watching to be had outside of Khao San Road. This location is very often frequented by the 'upper crust' and if you enjoy spotting beautiful people, this is the place for you. The large outdoor seating area lends this Au Bon Pain a healthy dose of the 'sidewalk cafe' feeling that is too often absent with other coffee shops here in BKK. Free up a few hours and check it out.

I've really enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere every time I've visited. A friend of mine turned me on to the place because they serve some of the best pancakes in town that we've found so far. The atmosphere is kinda quirky: part American diner/coffee shop, part Thai restuarant. A decent place to sit and enjoy a leisurely meal, the place starts to fill up around lunch time with elderly Thai women who have obviously been frequenting the place for years. If you're into pancakes, try the silver dollars!

Until I find something better this is my go to joint for a decent breakfast that never breaks the bank. pancakes, waffles, egss, good bacon and strong coffee. Service is spotty sometimes but that always is expected for a breakfast joint. With a few branches around town you can count on this place serving consistent grub. Still looking for the best american breakfast in town though...
