Located in the Dusit Thani Hotel on the Ground Floor, The Mayflower is an upper scale Chinese restaurant specializing in Cantonese. The setting is relaxed yet luxurious and the service is excellent. Chinese antiques and comfortable seating also enhance the dining experience. When you first open the menu you may be shocked at the prices. They frontload the menu with their exotic and extensive seafood selection with some dishes costing more than 2000 baht. As you proceed through the menu the prices get more reasonable with dishes averaging a little over 400 baht. The portions though are healthy and you can easily share a few dishes and keep the costs down. The food is very tasty so if you're looking for quality Chinese and don't mind paying a bit extra then this is a good place to check out.
