After the first one all I can expect is some form of mindless entertainment but unfortunately this one was the worst out of all the. I was hoping the asian influence might have been cool but it was pretty dull. The scenery was cool and the yetis were amazing. That was about it.

Your usual large table style Thai club. Think of it as a downmarket Santika. The prices are reasonable, service was good but super loud. The late night band is seriously good at harder Thai rock and put on quite a show. The DJ mixes are okay but nothing special.
They have name acts like the Clash and Bodyslam from time to time. The Coyote and bikini shows really pack them in.

Another one of the big supersize joints that has live bands, shows, food and drinks. We ate outside and enjoyed relaxing to the quiet tv sounds on the big balcony. Inside a band was playing your mix of typical Thai songs intermixed with sessions of a DJ pumping typical Thai DJ mixes.
From the outside the place looks very cool but is pretty standard on the inside. They have a pretty big mix of food and the prices were reasonable.
Supposedly they have name acts from time to time.

Sports bar atmosphere.Good variety of food.Full Western or Thai menu available and good selection of beer.Service is ok,but sometimes slow,so not for those in a hurry.Great place to meet.Loud and rowdy during football games...Spirited, but not out of control. Many pool tables and freelancers for a challenge. The place is very big,so those desiring a quieter dinner, the back room is where my wife and guests usually congregate. When by myself,I sit up front for the full experience.Beer seems a little expensive and food an ok value.

Good value.Good location right on Sukhumvit, between Sois 4 & 6.Difficult for taxi service,so need to have p/u and delivery at gas station at end of Soi 2,or along Soi 4.Guest friendly and good service.I have stayed here many times.Good alternative to those happy with Majestic Grande(sister hotel),but on a budget.Rooms are clean, but small.I have stayed in 3 different sized rooms.Single superior is ok for the single traveler w/o guests.Double superior ok with guest and short stay.Double deluxe is good for extended stays for two.The lower floors on Nana Plaza side are too loud at night,as they are located on the same level as Nana Plaza.Higer floors(6th up) on Nana Plaza side are much quieter.Sukhumvit side rooms are quieter.Double paned windows help with noise reduction.Restaurant is ok.Free breakfast is very basic.Very difficult for reservations now,as this hotel has gotten so popular.Must book very early.

Stayed in Majestic Grande early 2006.I stayed in the base priced room.Clean, good service and amenities. The Soi 2 location is quiet, yet close enough to the Soi 4-Nana Plaza party. Hotel is guest friendly, yet respectable for couples or business travelers. The breakfast and lunch buffets in the 7th floor restaurant are a great value. The Italian restaurant downstairs is ok,but overpriced. Very luxurious and good value for those desiring something nice, but now a little over my budget.

Excellent and friendly service.Quiet location away from Sukhumvit noise.Rooms are clean and generous size. Some of the best variety of street food available right outside hotel.Nice balcony with views of quiet soi available.Only a 5 minute walk to Nana Skytrain station.I did not try the restaurant, because of the good availablity of great street food.Pool area very nice to lounge around for drinks, dinner or conversation.
Only negative...No in-room safe for valuables.
My wife and I stayed there May 2008.Priced about 1500B per night.A very good value and highly recommended.

Went there 2 times. Thai live band Club. Very crowded on week-end... But on monday night is also full !!! Crazy. Nice place, nothing special about the deco, dark and black, bar on your left when you enter, bar on our right also, some sits at the end of the club and a big mid-place with stand-up tables. In front of the stage.
Customers are 80% Thais. Many youngs but not only teenagers. Lot of smart and dressy girls, us usual. The band is great, thai pop and rock, ONLY HITS... And it really rocks. Everybody dancing around tables. Everybody knowing the songs by heart.. Quiet impressive. I think the "vibe" is really great.
I love the CURVE and when leaving check the crowd on ekkamai... The traffic jam at 2am is a must-see...

Went there last saturday. Around 22h00. Surprinsigly not crowded, yet... Very nice building and deco look like church is really excellent. Large place, very open, with some first floor balcony for those wo prefer to have a look form upper to the crowd... Band is great, I loved them. Many thais songs and mix with rock classics... but I did'nt enjoy the R'NB moments without the band. Too long. And sorry the sound level is terribly high.. nearly to hurt...
And after 11.00 the crowd was 70% farangs. A bit to much to me. And has some impact on the "vibe", nobody is dancing, seems not be the really big fun for some peoples... ???
But nice place, nice moment, but CURVE is better on my mind.

I love stopping in here on my way to work to pick up the breakfast bagel sandwich deal. It only took a few visits before the staff started to recognize me and greet me by name.
The location is super convenient when traveling on the BTS or the MRT. The seating up front next to the sidewalk is a great place to watch the morning rush of Silom office workers heading to work between 8 and 9 AM. Otherwise they've got some great lounge chairs in the back if you just want to kick back and read the paper.
